- Who I am

- What I collect
- If I reached out to you, I have your name, your public Instagram profile, your public posts and a business email address you published on your profile or website. When you open a video page, I record that you opened and played it, how far you watched, whether you clicked reply, your device type and your approximate country. I don't use cookies, ad trackers or fingerprinting, and I don't store your IP address.
- Where it comes from
- Your public Instagram profile and your own website or link in bio.
- Why
- To send you a relevant, personal offer and to know whether the video was useful to you. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). My interest is offering my services to businesses that publicly present themselves and could benefit from them. I keep this light: one video, a few follow-up emails, and I stop as soon as you ask.
- Who helps me
- Bunny.net (video hosting, Slovenia), Supabase (viewing data, servers in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (this website), Instantly (sending emails), ElevenLabs (says your first name in my voice) and Telegram (notifies me when a video is opened). Some of them are based in the US or deliver content through servers worldwide. Those transfers rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I never sell or share your data with anyone else.
- How long
- Up to 12 months from my first email, then I delete it. If you ask me to stop, I delete everything except your email address on a do-not-contact list, so I never reach out again by mistake.
- Your rights
- You can ask what I hold about you, get it corrected or deleted, restrict it, or object to it at any time. Objecting to outreach always works, no reason needed. Reply "remove" to any email or write to me and I'll handle it within a few days. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection agency, AZOP (azop.hr), or the authority in your own country.
- Automated steps
- Parts of the video are put together automatically, but no automated decision with legal or similar effects is made about you.
